- You have the right to support or to oppose a union without retaliation from the company or the union
- You have the right to encourage others to support or oppose a union during non-working times in non-working areas
- You have the right to refuse to talk to union organizers or to let them into your home
- You have the right to perform your job without being pressured to support or not support a union
- You have the right to file a grievance or civil suit against a labor union whose members attempt to bully and harass you at your workplace
- You have the right to seek return of or to revoke any union authorization forms or electronic authorizations you gave the union in the past
